#35 Varanasi part2

Hi I'm Kou Ihara from Japan.

Last time, I  mentioned about from begining of our trip to middle part.

So let's go on.

First picture shows the look of habitants along with Ganga river.

There are many historical buildings which created by Buddist, Hinduism ,and Muslim.

So I could feel somewhat mysterious atmosphere.

And then we tried to get on the boat and went down the Ganga.

The view from the river was really awesome.

Many people (Not only Indian I mean also foreigner) went to the river and prayed there.

Below image shows the really kind guy who is the staff of the guest house.

He can speak not only English but also Japanese.

We learned a lot of things especially the culture of Varanasi like who clean the town or how people act at the funeral. 

The most impressive thing was seeing the dead person was burned along the river.

I deeply felt that I had to be thankful for everything..

The second night let me think about it how I had been lucky person..

２日目について！

牛さんが面白いほど野放しにされていて、狭い路地で生活されているので、

歩けば歩くほどう◯こ（以下ガトーショコラ）を踏みます。

さっきはなかったところにガトーショコラがあったり、

綺麗なラウンド型だったガトーショコラが何かに踏まれて形が崩れていたり、

ガトーショコラから人々の生活感を感じたのは初めてでありました。

もう

「ガトーショコラの街 バラナシ」

か

「運がつきやすい街 バラナシ」で告知するべきです笑

夜になるとガンジス川（こちらではガンガと言います）にそってプジャというお祭りが開かれます。

旅された方にはわかると思うのですが、

あぁ、教科書で見たところに今いるんだな

と感慨深い想いにふけることができます笑

ボートから見る人々も多数。

人間の力強さを感じた瞬間でした。

２日目で最も印象深かったのは、火葬の様子を見たことですね。

日々ありがたく生きたいと心から思いました。

写真はありませんが、心と目にしっかりと焼き付けてきました。
